Annual Staff Review Meeting
15th-17th February, 2017
CP Nepal conducted an Annual Review Staff Meeting in Dhulikhel, Kavre from 15th-17th February,2017. All the staff members including the guests and three of the board members participated in the review meeting.
The participants gave the presentation on their work of the related projects/programs and answered the questions asked by supervisor and co-workers. The review was started by the Director of CP Nepal-Dinesh Raj Sapkota and all the programs were reviewed with the PowerPoint presentation.
The question and answers round was interesting as the new staffs knew briefly about each other’s work.
On the second day, the program review was presented till the lunch break. The day review was mainly focused on the last year budget and how the program income and expenses are kept with the proper documentation. The Admin & Finance Officer-Nura Basnet briefed about the good filing system to the staffs to give each one an idea about how to keep the expenses record of the program under them. She also showed PowerPoint presentation on the supporting documents needed for the proper accounting, discussion on next year budget for the good financial record-keeping. The Board President-Kiran Manadhar, the General Secretary-Mandar Shikhar Banerjee joined the team for the staff to motivate the staff to do better in their works. In the evening, both the Board Member shared their work experience and the biggest achievements acquired. Similarly, all the staffs shared their accomplishments and the required training needed to improve the quality of their work.
Third day of the program was for the Staff Performance Appraisal. All the staffs’ upcoming goals for the next year 2017/18 was planned.
The staff was taken to Sanga for the recreation and all the staffs went for a movie.
This Annual Review became a very productive and interesting. It was a good year besides the challenges, everyone worked at their level best so that the staffs can achieve last year objectives. The venue itself became fun and enjoyable for the Dang staffs as they have not traveled much to the hilly regions.
